PERSONNEL: PROMOTION AT BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD

Stuart Campbell and Mary Lou Redshaw have received promotions from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Missouri.

Campbell is new senior vice president of finance and Redshaw is new senior vice president of client service.

Campbell, a certified public accountant, was most recently senior vice president of client services. In his new role, he will have responsibility for the finance and accounting, risk management, public affairs and human resources.

Redshaw, who has been with the company 30 years, will be responsible for all claims, customer service and membership function in the Cape Girardeau, St. Louis and Springfield offices.
