The meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. at Becky Sharp's Restaurant in New Madrid, Mo.

Gaines will discuss DNR funding and loan programs, the environmental management Institute and other subjects relating to water and waste water.
Programs and activities will be presented by the Economic Development Administration, Missouri Department of Economic Development, Workforce Development/Private Industry Council and the Missouri Department of Transportation.
