Debbie Sutherland and Cathy Young of Cape Girardeau recently traveled to South Africa with a delegation of nurse practitioners to discuss health car in South Africa.

Sutherland and Young met with nursing representatives in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town to discuss the future of health care in those areas.
Sutherland is employed by Cape Girardeau Physician Associates in Cape Girardeau, and Young is an associate professor in the Southeast Missouri State University's Department of Nursing.
Both are practicing family nurse practitioners.
