She received her award during a ceremony at Lake Ozark.

The 52 units of Farmers Home Administration low-income housing at Scott City is undergoing a renovation of the office-community room and a maintenance-storage building is being built.

Marjorie Wills has retired from St. Francis Medical Center after 20 years in the admitting department.

Wills received a plaque during a recent reception commemorating her service.

She was a receptionist in the public relations department of Motorola Communications and Electronics in Chicago before going to work at St. Francis.

Virginia Heston, an aerobics instructor with Southeast Missouri Hospital's Fitness and Wellness Center, recently attended the International World Fitness IDEA Convention at New Orleans.

Information on mind-body integration, water fitness and programming for children, seniors and others were among topics discussed at the convention.

IDEA, the international association of fitness professionals, has more than 20,000 members in 69 countries.

Heston has more than eight years experience in the fitness industry.
