Two Farmers Insurance Group agents are joining forces in one office.

Jim Robison, who has been with Farmers for six years, is moving to 1925 William, which houses Wiggs Insurance, operated by Leon Wiggs.

Wiggs and Robison will share staff and office space.

Wiggs has been with Farmers for 37 years.

Robison previously operated out of an office at 47 Plaza Way.

Farmers Insurance Group of Companies has more than $14.4 billion in invested assets. The group offers auto, home, commercial and life insurance.

Mark E. Vogel of Cape Girardeau has joined Wunderlich Realty, 1200 N. Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau as a full-time associate, working with all aspects of real estate and property management.

Vogel is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.

Angela R. Dillard of Mounds, Ill., has joined the staff of Tip of Illinois Services Inc. as branch secretary at the Cairo office.

Dillard is a graduate of Shawnee Community College with an associate's degree.

Tip provides home health care to a number of counties in Southern Illinois.

Dr. Fred W. Burgard, pastor of Faith Evangelical Free Church of Cape Girardeau, recently received a Doctor of Ministry degree from Covington Theological Seminary in Rossville, Ga.

Burgard, graduated with high honors and received his degree from Dr. R.H. Brown, president of Covington Seminary, during a graduation ceremony held at Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.

Burgard was honored at a postgraduation reception held at the home of Dan and Karla Drury of Cape Girardeau.

A number of Tip of Illinois Health Services Inc. employees attended a seminar recently on "Women and Investing."

Employees attending included Grace Hart and Michelle Davis of Ullin; Kate Goins of Pulaski; Jane Junkerman of Olmsted; Anita Pool and Rhonda Richards of Tamms, Evelyn Taylor of McClure; and Agnes Wehrenberg of Villa Ridge.

Tip of Illinois of Carterville has branches in a number of Southern Illinois towns.

Shea J. Staffaord, clerk of the Cape Girardeau Municipal Court, was recently recognized during the annual conference of the Missouri Association of Court Administrators for achieving the designation of Certified Court Administrator (CCA).

The certification program, conducted by the University of Missouri-Columbia Missouri Institute for Executive Development, requires 50 hours of education credits and 50 hours of attending approved conferences and seminars and usually takes about four years to complete. Only 40 court clerks in Missouri have achieved the designation.

Southeast Missouri State University's health promotion program has received national honors.

The university will receive the Association for Worksite Health Promotion's National Professional Preparation Award for 1995.

Dr. Jacqueline Hopper, coordinator of Southeast's program, will accept the award Sept. 27 at the association's international conference in Orlando, Fla.

The award recognizes excellence in health promotions in academic settings. The health promotion curriculum at Southeast educates students in the areas of exercise, nutrition, stress management, smoking cessation, substance abuse prevention, health screening, behavior change, and program planning and evaluation.
