Siener named to Saint Francis board

Saint Francis Healthcare System named Jason Siener of Paducah, Ky., to its board of directors. Siener is president and owner of Beltline Electric Co. Inc., with divisions in Paducah and Owensboro, Ky., Nashville, Tenn. and Huntsville, Ala. He also served as president and chief executive officer of Morsey Constructors, a general contractor located in Western Kentucky. His background includes broad construction experience, with a primary emphasis on the industrial market. Siener earned a bachelor's degree in business marketing from Murray State University.

Saint Francis Healthcare System also named Clyde Nenninger as board chairman, John Layton as vice chairman and Kevin Govero as secretary/treasurer.

Kelsay selected for Leadership Alliance

Mark Kelsay of Cape Girardeau, wastewater treatment operator for Alliance Water Resources, has been selected to participate in the Leadership Alliance Class of 2013. Leadership Alliance is a program developed in 2006 to promote advancement from within. It is modeled after similarly named community and state leadership programs, and identifies employees who have demonstrated exemplary leadership and interpersonal skills. Kelsay will attend Leadership Alliance in Columbia, Mo., on from Oct. 3 to 4 and again on Nov. 7 to 8.

Abercrombie named chief operating officer of Chateau Girardeau

Reid Abercrombie assumed the role of chief operating officer of Chateau Girardeau on June 17. Abercrombie is a 1987 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High and a 1991 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He came home to Cape Girardeau after working for Home Instead Senior Care in Jacksonville, Fla., as an account executive. While at Home Instead, his office became the highest performing office in the company for all of North America. Chateau Girardeau is Southeast Missouri's only accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community and one of only three such accredited communities in Missouri.

Faulkenberry published in journal

Regina Faulkenberry, SoutheastHEALTH associate general counsel and corporate-compliance officer of SoutheastHEALTH, has been published in the Journal of Health and Life Sciences. Her article, "Reviewing and Negotiating Cloud Computing Vendor Contracts," discusses cloud-computing technology and the legal issues to consider when reviewing and negotiating such contracts. Faulkenberry holds a law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law and is certified in health-care compliance.
