Jordan Sheets has been appointed as an architectural intern for Dillie Traxel Architecture. Over the summer, Sheets will gain general office experience within the company before returning to University of Texas at Austin in the fall.
Sheets is pursuing his master's degree in architecture. He earned an undergraduate degree in interior design from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Previous practical experience includes working on civic and renovation projects in Vail, Colorado.

Donna Noe and Kristin Funderburk joined United Way of Southeast Missouri. The two employees join Elizabeth Shelton, who was hired as executive director in August.
Noe joins the team as the operations manager. She will assist the executive director in a variety of areas including governance, administrative matters and financial planning and oversight. She will be accountable for all back office functions, including risk management and facility management.
Noe has served in many management and administrative roles, most recently as the director of client support for MedAssets. Noe also worked in accounting at Procter & Gamble and at Mondi.
Funderburk, a recent graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, is the organization's new community relations manager. She completed marketing and communications internships for Saint Francis Healthcare System and the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce.
Funderburk will work to develop, retain and grow the level of financial support and stakeholder engagement to United Way of Southeast Missouri. She also will work with constituents to plan and implement the annual campaign and other United Way activities.

Sarah Dement joined the human-resources department at Mineral Area College as a payroll coordinator.
Before joining Mineral Area College, Dement was an accountant with Lee Mechanical Contractors Inc., an office manager and bookkeeper for Music Makers LLC and an accountant for Crown Valley Winery and Crown Valley Champagne House.
Quntazi Lashaul Dominique Jones joined the college's District Police Department as a police officer. He also serves as a firefighter with Wolf Creek Fire Association. He comes to the college from Caruthersville, Missouri, where he served as a corporal, and he worked as a patrolman for Malden, Missouri. He received his law-enforcement training from Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Amy Zuellig joined the college's Allied Health faculty as a full-time EMS educator. Since 2012, Zuellig has served as an adjunct instructor for the EMT and paramedic programs for the college, becoming a primary instructor for the evening EMT class in 2014.
Since 2011, Zuellig has worked at North Crawford County Ambulance District as a paramedic. She works part-time at Washington County Ambulance District as a paramedic.
