Saint Francis Healthcare System announced Tina Berry is the new manager of radiation oncology in Cape Girardeau and Sikeston, Missouri.

Berry will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and supervising of all functions within the two practices. She will ensure services provided are in accordance with the policies, procedures and mission of Saint Francis Healthcare System.

Berry earned her MBA from Webster University and her bachelor's degree in radiologic science and radiation therapy from Southern Illinois University. Before joining Saint Francis in March, Berry worked as a supervisor at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Cape Neurological Associates has joined Saint Francis Healthcare System as a new specialty practice to Saint Francis Medical Partners. Drs. Joel W. Ray and David G. Yingling have considerable training and experience, having performed thousands of procedures, such as artificial lumbar and cervical disk implants and spinal fusions.

Joel W. Ray

Board-certified in neurological surgery, Ray earned his medical degree from State University of New York in Buffalo. He completed his general surgery internship and neurological surgery residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. He has extensive training in many neurosurgical procedures,

David G. Yingling

Yingling, board-certified in neurological surgery, earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. His general surgery internship, neurosurgery residency and neurosurgery chief residency all were served at Albany Medical Center Hospital and Albany Veteran's Administration Hospital. He serves as chairman for the department of neurosurgery at Saint Francis Medical Center.
