Barks inducted into auctioneers assoc. hall of fame
Bobby L. Barks of Jackson was recently inducted into the Missouri Professional Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame during its conference in Chesterfield, Mo. Bob and his wife Claueda are the owners of Barks Auction Service of Jackson. His daughter, Robin Barks Anderson, accepted a trophy in her father's honor, since he was unable to attend.

Dexter financial adviser named to LPL Chairman's Club
Jerry Michael Bagby, an independent LPL Financial adviser and owner of Bagby Investment Consultants in Dexter, Mo., was named to the 2009 LPL Financial Chairman's Club for outstanding client servicing and continued leadership in the field. The status is based on a ranking of all registered advisers at LPL Financial for 2008 and represents less than 5 percent of the 11,877 financial advisers that LPL Financial supports. Bagby provides financial planning services, investment advice and asset management services to clients in the Dexter area and in 16 states.
