Sunil Mungee is the new director of physician business development at SoutheastHEALTH.

In this role, he will enhance business development and physician recruitment and develop training and planning activities related to the installation of a new electronic medical-records system.

Mungee comes to SoutheastHEALTH with a background that includes 12 years of practice management and business development. He holds a master's of business administration degree from Aspen University in Denver.

Previously, he served as an executive consultant with Southeast- HEALTH, consolidating patient forms for all outpatient physician practices, and creating a physician advisory group to ensure effective implementation of the EMR project.

"His expertise will be a valuable resource as we continue to grow our physician practices to meet the increasing health-care demands of our region while continuing to offer high-quality care, at an affordable cost, close to home," chief medical officer Matt Shoemaker said in a news release.

• Jenna Beevor, formerly of Salon Essence in Tampa, Florida, is a designer artist with three years of experience. A graduate of Hair School Artistic Nails & Beauty Academy in Tampa, she enjoys performing dramatic cuts and color and changes.
• Caitlyn Bowyer, a graduate of Trendsetters School, is a senior artist with one year of experience. She likes performing specialty colors.
• James Hoff, formerly of Eden Day Spa, is a master artist with 16 years of experience. He is a graduate of Xenon International School of Hair Design in Omaha, Nebraska. Hoff specializes in color.
• Sarah Klosterman is a designer artist with two years of experience. She is a graduate of Renaissance Beauty Academy of Cape Girardeau who enjoys color services.
• Bernadette Mathews is a designer artist with one year of experience, having graduated from Renaissance Beauty Academy of Cape Girardeau in 2015. She enjoys color and highlights.
• Beth Roberts is former owner/operator of Highlights Hair Salon in Jackson. She also is a former JCPenney stylist. She is a master artist with over 20 years of experience and enjoys all aspects of hair.
• Sarah Sartin is a designer artist with six years of experience, most recently through Mirror Image in Jackson. A graduate of Eclipse School of Cosmetology, she has a penchant for color/cuts and specialty color services.
• Mary Wallace, who joins the salon from Eden Day Spa, is a senior artist with four years of experience. She is a graduate of Eclipse School of Cosmetology who specializes in color.
• Jessalyn Welker is a recent graduate of Renaissance Beauty Academy of Cape Girardeau. She is a designer artist who enjoys color services.
• Kelly Wilson, formerly of Belladona, rejoined the staff of JCPenney Styling Salon. A designer artist and a graduate of Trendsetters School of Cosmetology with one year of experience, she enjoys color services.
