Cape Girardeau woman appointed career agent

The Missouri Farm Bureau Federation recently announced that Christie Rainey of Cape Girardeau has been appointed as a career agent in Cape Girardeau County. She will work out of the local Farm Bureau office in Jackson.

Spartech has new corporate controller

Spartech Corp., which has facilities in Cape Girardeau, recently named Michael Marcely as corporate controller. The St. Louis resident will now manage the company's financial accounting, reporting, internal control and analysis responsibilities.

Agent earns two real estate honors

Real estate agent Wanda Duncan with Capaha Realty Inc. in Cape Girardeau has recently been awarded two professional designations. She has been named a senior real estate specialist by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, and a graduate of the Realtor Institiute by the Missouri Association of Realtors. The latter required completion of 90 hours of education.

Cape man graduates truck driving school

Mark Rister of Cape Girardeau recently completed and graduated from the Southern Missouri Truck Driving School in Malden, Mo. He did so with a 95 percent grade point average.

Studio Designs hires new stylist

Studio Designs in Cape Girardeau recently welcomed Cindy Kinsey as a stylist and nail technician. She specializes in Gel Nails, which are lightweight fingernail enhancements.
