Owners of Cafe Cape, which opened recently in the Crossroads Retail and Professional Center near Kingshighway and Independence, have more than 50 years experience in business.
Owners of the new restaurant are Bill Eskew, Emad Salamy and Richard Janna.
Eskew has more than 16 years experience in the restaurant industry, and is managing officer of the new Cafe Cape Restaurant. Salamy has more than 17 years of restaurant experience. He operates the Phoenicia Restaurant here. Janna is a general practice accountant (GPA) in Ottawa, Canada.
The new Cafe Cape restaurant, open seven days a week starting at 6 a.m., offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus including steaks, pastas and sandwiches. The restaurant opened recently in the space previously occupied by Mr. B's Waffles & Deli, which closed recently.
