Construction is planned to get under way next spring, with a tentative opening in mid-November.
The new complex will include 1,670 seats, with each theater seating between 150 and 350.
Kerasotes currently has more than 400 screen at 115 locations in the U.S., including Town Plaza Cinema in Cape Girardeau.
