MEMO: BANK BUYS BRANCH AT FREDERICKTOWN

First State Community Bank of Farmington, Mo. has completed the purchase of the Fredericktown, Mo. branch of Commerce Bank.

The Fredericktown branch will have lobby hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday. Drive-up lanes will be open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

First State Community Bank is a full-service financial institution, which also owns Landrum Insurance Agency. The company has locations in Fredericktown, Farmington, Ironton, Bonne Terre, St. Mary, Perryville, Park Hills, DeSoto, Malden, Portageville, Hayti and Ellington.
