Cape firm to have open house after ceremony

The Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting for Region Title & Land Services at 2511 Independence St., Suite 301, at 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Justin Pobst, the new owner of Regional Title, will celebrate the opening of the company's new location and host an open house immediately following the ribbon cutting.
