BUSINESS PERSONNEL: VIERS TO NEW POSITION

Tom Viers has joined Corporate Benefit Strategies.

Viers, of Cape Girardeau, has been in the insurance industry the past seven years, three of them as a broker. He was the senior account executive for Southeast Missouri with Alliance Blue Cross Blue Shield the past four years.

Viers has a BS Degree in Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bradley University.

While obtaining a Masters Degree, he worked for Central Illinois Light Company in Peoria, Ill., first as a systems analyst and later, as a financial analyst.
