BUSINESS PERSONNEL: STOCKBROKER HONORED

Donna J. Domian, a Cape Girardeau investment representative for Edward Jones, has been honored for job performance.

Domian was selected to attend a three-day managing partner's conference at the firm's headquarters in St. Louis for a discussion with John Bachmann, Edward Jones' managing partner, on issues facing the firm and the financial-services industry.

Domian was one of only 257 investment representatives of the more than 5,000 Jones Brokers nationwide to attend the annual conference.

Feature guests at the conference included John McCoy, chief executive officer of Bank One; economist Lester Thurow; and motivational speaker Jack Lleweyan.

Jones has more than 5,000 offices, and plans are under way to expand to 10,000 offices by 2004.

Domian's branch office is at 1749 Independence Square in Cape Girardeau.
