John Wyman has been installed as president of the Southeast Missouri Restaurant Association. Other association officers, installed Tuesday at the group's annual installation banquet at Port Cape Girardeau Restaurant in Cape Girardeau, include Gerald Hoffman, general manager of the American Legion Post 133 at Perryville, vice president; and Paula Valle of Family Inn, Ozora, secretary-treasurer.

Richard J. Strange, owner and operator of Best Western Tradition Hotel & Banquet Center and the Spokes Pub and Grill in Farmington, was named "Restaurateur of the Year."

The Southeast Missouri group is affiliated with the Missouri Restaurant Association.
