David A. Taylor, Dawn Caruso and Robert LeFebvre are providing psychiatric consultation, assessment and treatment services through a new office at 1404 Old Cape Road, Suite 102, in Jackson.
The three are providing services through an association with Community Counseling Center.
Taylor was most recently affiliated with the Cape Girardeau office of Community Counseling Center, where he served as medical director. He previously served as medical director of the psychiatric unit at Southeast Missouri Hospital, and earlier as medical director of the Clyde L. Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center in Anna, Ill. He earned his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed his general psychiatry residency at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
Caruso comes to Cape Girardeau from St. Louis University Medical Center where she provided psychiatric services at St. John's Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Inpatient Unit and Cardinal Glennon Child and Adolescent Outpatient Clinic. She earned her medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine.
LeFebvre was most recently affiliated with family Counseling Center in Kennett where he served as director of behavioral health. He has also served as division director at the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program at the Community Counseling Center. He received his master's degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis. He has 20 years of experience in administrative, supervisory and clinical areas of mental health services.
