BUSINESS PERSONNEL: JOINS SHOPKO OPTICAL

Dr. Sandra Dee Beck, a native of Grand Island, Neb., has joined Shopko Optical at Cape Girardeau.

She previously worked as the primary optometrist with Wal-Mart Vision Center in Rolla.

Beck, a member of the American Optometric Association and the Missouri Optometric Association, completed her hospital-based residency in 1997. She is therapeutic and diagnostically certified in Missouri. She received her doctor of optometry degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1995. She also graduated with a bachelor of science nursing degree from the University of Iowa, in 1983.
