Robb McClary, city administrator at Park Hills and a graduate student at University of Missouri-St. Louis, has been selected for membership in Phi Kappa Phi, a national honor society that recognizes students with high scholastic standing.

McClary, who is earning a master's degree in public policy administration at UM-St. Louis, will receive his certificate of membership in an initiation ceremony at the school Saturday.

McClary, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward E. McClary of Jackson, is a graduate of Jackson High School and a 1972 graduate of Southwest Missouri State University at Springfield with a degree in public administration.

He has served as administrator or city manager of five cities during the past 25 years.
