Kaelin, who practices general dentistry in Cape Girardeau, is currently on the Board of Directors of Delta Dental of Missouri and the Missouri Dental Insurance Services. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and International Congress of Oral Implantologist. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
