Howard has been appointed Officer and Consumer Lender II. He was formerly employed by Mercantile Dealer Services. He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.
The promotions were announced recently by Lowell Peterson, Community Bank President of Firstar.
Firstar Corp., with assets of $73 billion, has a network of 1,200 branches and 2,000 ATMs.
