He will be guest speaker at the Perryville American Legion Building at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 18 and will speak at Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson Aug. 19, at 6:30 p.m.

In between, Kleckner will address a luncheon to be held Aug. 19 at 11:30 a.m. at Midwest Grain and Barge at the Southeast Missouri Regional Port off Nash Road.

Kleckner will visit with farm organization representatives and farmers at the Port meeting.
