Joe and Donna Domian, investment representatives at Edward Jones, have been named limited partners in the Jones Financial Cos., a holding company for the St. Louis-based financial-services company.
The Jones Financial Cos. were created in 1987 to allow Edward D. Jones to expand into new areas of potential business while remaining a partnership owned by its employees.
Founded in 1871, Edward D. Jones & Co. has more than 3,100 offices in 50 states. Edward Jones Canada opened its first office in 1994 and now has 21 Canadian offices.
Mark Seesing has joined Ford & Sons Funeral Home, Cape County Memorial Park and Masoleum, as a family service counselor and pre-need specialist.
Seesing, a Notre Dame High School and Texas State Technical Institute graduate, has worked at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport more than 20 years. He was director of operations for Air Evac Aviation prior to joining Ford & Sons. He previously served as general manager of Cape Central Airways. He worked for the City of Cape Girardeau four years, as airport manager, and is a past-president of the Missouri Airport Manager's Association.
Lyle Hutteger of Cape Girardeau has joined Ford Groves Motor Co., 1501 N. Kingshighway, as a sales associate.
Hutteger, who was honored as a 1995 "Salesman of the Year" was a sales associate at Wieser Honda-Mazda two years.
He will be involved in the sales of used and new vehicles in his new position.
Joe Fraley of Cape Girardeau has been named general sales manager at Fox 23 KBSI-TV.
Fraley's appointment was announced recently by Joe Mazza, FOX 23 KBSI-TV vice president and general manager.
Fraley is familiar with both local and national sales in the Cape Girardeau/Paducah market. He previously sold locally for the FOX and CBS affiliates prior to service as national sales manager for KBSI.
Joe Hartley and Becky Cotner, both of Cape Girardeau, and Sharon Brown of Delta have joined Studio Design Beauty Salon at 229 Broadview Plaza.
Brown has been a cosmetologist for five years. She is a graduate of the Sikeston Beauty School.
Harley has been in the business four years, and is a graduate of State One the Beauty School in Cape Girardeau. Cotner is also a graduate of the Cape Girardeau school.
Studio Design is owned by Judy Watson.
Jana Jateff, senior sales director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, recently earned the use of a company car based on unit sales production.
Jateff joined Mary Kay in 1982 and reached management level in 1983.
The new car is the eighth car Jateff has earned during her career with Mary Kay.
Sam Peterman, manager of floor covering at Contractors Supply, Highway 74 West, accepted the Retailer of the Year award for the Midwest Region, presented by L.O. Brinkman, distributor of floor coverings -- carpet, vinyl, tile, ceramic and wood -- during Brinkman's annual convention in Dallas.
L.O. Brinkman provides flooring to more than 5,000 dealers. More than 2,000 dealers attended the conference.

Ray Drury of Cape Girardeau has been named Salesman of the Year at Crown Cadillac Oldsmobile Nissan, 607 S. Kingshighway.
Drury has been in automotive sales since 1959.
Brad Barwick, chief of administrative affairs at Three Rivers Junior College, is new president of the Poplar Bluff Chamber of Commerce.
Other officers are Dennis Harnes, first vice president; Lavada Harrison, second vice president, and Jim Hogg, treasurer.
