Steve Doyle has joined Dana Corp., as quality manager for the Spicer Axle Division's Cape Girardeau facility.
Doyle previously worked at Briggs & Stratton Corp. in Poplar Bluff, where he was quality assurance manager since May 1988. He has a background in industrial management, including hands-on manufacturing and quality experience as well as supplier and customer relations.
Doyle is a graduate of Arkansas State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in business management. He earned his master's degree in administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 1966.
David B. Harline has joined Union Planters Bank in Cape Girardeau as vice president and commercial loan officer.
Harline has 12 years of experience in the financial industry. He previoulsy served as a commercial loan officer at Mercantile Bank.
He has a bachelor's degree in business finance from Brigham Young University at Provo, Utah, and has completed several professional training schools, including the Uniform Credit Analysis Course by Robert Morris Associates and ABA National Compliance School. He is also a graduate of Commercial Loans to Business with the Consultants to Bank Management, St. Louis.

Daniel Loenneke of Jackson has joined Robert Thomas Securities Inc., 351 Silver Springs Road, as a financial consultant.
Loenneke's appointment was announced by W. Kevin Stewart, branch owner-manager of the Cape Girardeau and Columbia offices of Robert Thomas Securities, a national investment firm.
Robert Thomas Securities is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial Inc., a publicly traded company with shareholder equity in excess of $326 million and assets of more than $2.5 billion.
Jeff Jackson of Cape Girardeau has joined Century 21, Ashland Realty.
Jackson has more than 10 years of experience in the realty business, including four years with Century 21 Key Realty.
He served as secretary of the Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors in 1995.
Cynthia Austin has joined United National Real Estate at Marble Hill.
Austin, a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, is chief financial officer of Austin Acquisitions. She also holds a certificate of achievement from Newport University in investing in real estate.
J. Edward Cooper and Jeff Krantz, of Southeast Missouri Hospital, have been recertified as Diplomates of the American College of Healthcare Executives, during the college's annual convocation ceremony in Chicago. The international professional society represents more than 30,000 healthcare executives.
Cooper, Southeast's controller, has been an employee at the hospital for six years. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
Krantz, Southeast director of planning, has been employed at the hospital for more than 10 years. He holds a master's degree in health administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health and a master's degree in education from Pennsylvania State University.
Diplomates are required to recertify every six years. About 7,000 healthcare executives in the nation hold diplomate status.
Randy Dooley, a pharmacist at Southeast Missouri Hospital, has received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb.
Dooley has a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He has been employed at Southeast Hospital for six years, first as a staff pharmacist and as a clinical pharmacist.
Jana Jateff, a senior sales director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, has attended the Mary Kay Cosmetics Career Conference in St. Louis.
Also attending the two-day conference were Shannon Baisden, Laurie White, Kay Waller, Mary Heisserer, Stephanie Stockard, Debbie Penn and Renee Storz.
Topics at the conference included sales, recruiting strategies and marketing.
H.B. Rice of Rice Insurance, Chaffee, has been recognized by the Barton County Mutual Insurance Co. for performances in 1996.

Andra Fahlberg, who is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork, has attended the American Massage Therapy Association Missouri Chapter state meeting at Lake of Ozarks.
Fahlberg participated in a workshop of clinical management of sciatic nerve pain and piriformis syndrome and a seminar on emotional healing bodywork with adult survivors of abuse.
Continuing educaiton is required for Falhberg to maintain her national certification, Florida state license and AMTA membership.
Fahlberg works at Studio Design Beauty Salon and has her own practice.
