BUSINESS MEMO: SPRING, RADIO SHACK AGREEMENT

Sprint Corp. will begin selling its products and services at Tandy Corp.'s Radio Shack stores nationwide later this year, the two companies have announced.

The agreement calls for creation of a "store within a store" for Sprint-branded products and communications services at the 6,800 Radio Shack stores and participating dealers.

Radio Shack stores in 15 cities are to take part by the end of this year, selling long distance, local and wireless phone service, Internet access, paging, prepaid phone cards and the new personal communications services being developed by Kansas City-based Sprint's Sprint Spectrum Division.

Radio Shack will also be the exclusive retailer of Sprint-branded "residential" telephones, and Sprint products are to be featured in Radio Shack catalogs.
