BUSINESS MEMO: SATELLITE WORKSHOP

The Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce will join the Harrison College of Business and Small Business Development Center to sponsor the "interactive" satellite workshop Tuesday.

Darryl Conner, founder and CEO of ODR Inc., an Atlanta-based research and development firm, internationally recognized in the field of change management, will present the satellite program, from noon to 2.

He will address how to change, rather than simply what to change. Topics include five steps to prosperity in turbulent times, which organizational culture is important to a change's success, how to assimilate change into your workplace, and how teamwork is important in achieving change objectives.
