BUSINESS MEMO: REAL ESTATE HONORS

Century 21 Ashland Realty Co. has received the Centurion Quality Service Award and the Centurion Office Award for 1998.

Ashland has received the quality service award five times during the past six years. The awards are based on surveys conducted during the year. Winners of the awards must receive a quality Service Survey Index of at least 940.

Criteria for the office award is overall office production of 400 closed units during the calendar year or $1.2 million in gross closed commissions. Ashland qualified in both categories, with 474 closed units and sales of more than $45 million, up more than 50 percent over calendar year 1997.
