Alto Vineyards, five mile north of Alto Pass, is offering the first release of Porto Di Guido; Owl Creek Vineyard and Winery, near Alto Pass, has issued Owl's Leap Nouveau; and Pomona Winery at Pomona, has released two new wines, Once In A Blue Moon Blueberry Dessert Wine and Peach Dessert Wine.

The three wineries have created the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail, a scenic driving tour marked with wine trail signs that guide visitors from winery to winery.

The wineries will be open for tastings and retail sales each weekend the remainder of the year.
