The National Association of Home Builders' Show has become "The International Builders' Show."
The new name, said Kent Colton, NAHJB executive vice president and chief executive officer, is reflective of the growing international character of the industry and the show.
"More and more builders, distributors and manufacturers are engaging in international efforts," said Colton. "At the same time there has been an explosion of international builders and suppliers participating in the show in recent years."
People from 93 different countries attended the 1997 show.
The 1998 International Builders' Show will be at the Dallas Convention Center Jan. 16 through 19.
