Citigroup Inc., formed in 1998 with the merger of Citicorp and Travelers Group Inc., provides a wide range of financial services. Among its companies are CitiFinancial, Citibank, Primerica, Salomon Smith Barney Asset Management, Travelers Life & Annuity and Travelers Property & Casualty.
