Southeast Missouri Branch 8252 has received Lutheran Brotherhood's superior rating for its community service activities in 1996.
The rating is the highest given by Lutheran Brotherhood and recognizes the local service group for a variety of volunteer service projects and fund-raising events.
Officers of Branch 8252 are Albert Nyland, Jackson, president; Edith Roth, Frohna, vice president; Harold Ruesler, Jackson, secretary; Adella Moore, Jackson, treasurer; Grace Willie, Jackson, publicity officer; Glenn Lohmann, Jackson, service officer; Maxine Fluegge, Jackson, educaiton officer; Marjorie Swan, Pocahontas, respecteen officer.
The Lutheran Brotherhood district representative serving the branch as fraternal branch consultant is Kenneth E. Volkderding.
