The Southeast Missouri Chapter of the Missouri Restaurant Association will sponsor its annual Las Vegas Night Tuesday at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau. Proceeds from the event are for the group's scholarship fund.
Scholarships are awarded to students who attend Southeast Missouri State University in studies involving restaurants and hospitality.
More than $1,500 was awarded for scholarships last year, said Bob Hoppmann, president of the Southeast Missouri MBA Chapter.
