A Hazelwood chemical manufacturing company has become the third St. Louis-area company to announce plans to move its operations to Sauget, Ill., a town near East St. Louis.

Stellar Manufacturing Co., which has a plant in Hazelwood, Mo., plans to build a 167,000-square-foot building on 15 acres in the town's business park by fall.

Stellar employs 85 full-time employees plus another 25 seasonal workers in Hazelwood.

Mid-America Fiber Co. and Holten Meat Co. also plan to move to the 800-acre Sauget Industrial Park.
