The university purchased 10 Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) trainers and five copies of Rockwell Automation Software.

Troy Long, supervisor of employment, training and development at Noranda Aluminum, presented the funds to Melanie McDaniel, director of planned giving and endowments at the university and Dr. Randy Shaw, assistant provost at Southeast Missouri State University.
