The International Council of Shopping Centers has appointed its officers for Missouri and Kansas for the 1997-98 term, during the 40th annual spring convention in Las Vegas.

New officials for Missouri-Kansas are Richard Carpenter, Central Realty LLC, St. Louis, operations chairman; Robert H. Johnson, R.H. Johnson Co., Kansas City, public relations and community service chairman; William Service Jr., J.C. Nichols Co., Kansas City and Mike Hougland, Hallmark Cards Inc., Kansas City, retail co-chairman.
