A home buyers seminar will be held at the Cape Girardeau Public Library next month. The workshop will be held in the Hirsch Community Room at 7 p.m., Jan. 22. Martha Hamilton, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Hamilton Realty, will lead the program. Hamilton, who has been a licensed realtor for more than 10 years, will discuss how to start the home-buying process, who should represent the buyers, various financing opportunities, writing the buying offer, negotiating, and "getting the contract to closing.". ...
