The 2,000-square foot facility will be used for D&K's vehicle service, maintenance and transportation services.
The facility is located in part of the former Harris Truck & Trailer property now owned by Cape Airport Properties. Tom Kelsey, broker with Lorimont Place Ltd., handled the lease arrangements.
