Fluegge joined Boatmen's in 1991 as a real-estate loan associate. She was promoted to real-estate lead-loan processor in 1992.
In her new duties, she will help customers in home financing.

ST. LOUIS Mercantile Bancorporation Inc. reported net income of $28,089,000 for the second quarter of 1993, an increase of 17.8 percent over second-quarter 1992 earnings of $23.8 million.
Second-quarter per-share income rose 13.2 percent, to $1.20, up from the $1.06 of 1992.
Net income for the first half of 1993 was $545,368,000, compared with $45.6 million during the first six months of 1992, an increase of 21.2 percent. Per-share income year-to-date was $2.38, up 13.5 percent from $2.08 in 1992.
"A strong net-interest-rate margin, and an increase in non-interest income fueled another quarter of sustained earnings growth," said Thomas H. Jacobsen, Mercantile's chairman and CEO. "Mercantile is proceeding on plan, with solid earnings, asset quality improvements and productivity gains."

George Garrick, 40, of London, will assume his new positions immediately, said John C. Holt, chairman and chief executive officer of A.C. Nielsen. Garrick replaces John H. Costello, who resigned in March.

Marilyn Curtis, director of St. Francis Medical Center laboratories, announced that Horn-Stahr Lab, 36-1 Doctors Park, has changed its name to St. Francis Regional Laboratories.
The outreach lab will now bill for insurance when lab tests are done at the Doctors Park location as well as at the medical center.
The change took effect July 1.
