In 1972, beagle breeders and professionally-trained dog handlers Bill and Cecile Busch opened Busch's Kennel, one of the first boarding facilities in Cape Girardeau. In 2019, Stacy Busch-Heisserer and her husband, Chris Heisserer, took over the kennel from Busch-Heisserer's parents. They have added on, building a new office complete with luxury cat condominiums, the only ones like them in this area.
"I've worked with dogs in this industry my entire life, starting when I was 10 years old cleaning the kennel my parents owned. Many years of experience have given me the ability to provide our area with credible knowledge, as well as top-notch care for their pets," Busch-Heisserer says. "Busch Pet Products carries pet foods hand-picked by my staff and me for quality and integrity; we are happy to serve the community with nutrition information for their pets. All of this, combined with quality training and enrichment programs at Deer Creek Doggie Day Camp, positions us as full-service pet experts when it comes to daily care for your animals."
Their mission is simple: treat everyone's pet like they are their own. That means your furry, four-legged friends are in good hands.
