Vandeven and Loretta Van de Ven were married Aug. 12, 1961, at Leopold, Mo., by the Rev. Elmer Stolle.
The couple has six grandchildren, Kristen, Kevin and Ben Hinton, Kylie and Hallie Vandeven, and Hanna Siefken-Vandeven.
