Koeppel - 45 years

Mr. and Mrs. Fred William "Buddy" Koeppel of Cape Girardeau celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary Sept. 21, 2013. They had lunch at the Blue Owl in Kimmswick, Mo., and saw a presentation of "My Fair Lady" in St. Louis. Koeppel and the former Carol Exler were married Sept. 21, 1968, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Egypt Mills. She is the daughter of the late Ralph and Eva Exler.
