Johnston - 60 years

Mr. and Mrs. Sam Johnston of Millersville will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a private dinner hosted by Hurricane Fork Church at Marble Hill, Missouri.

Sam and the former Lena Cathcart were married July 2, 1955, at the Methodist Church in Sedgewickville, Missouri.

The couple have three children, Sam (Jill) Johnston Jr. of Advance, Missouri, Lisa (Travis) Jarvis of Jackson, and Cathy Littleton of Oak Ridge. They have four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
