Correction 1/10/10

n Friday's article about the Cape Girardeau County Commission budget should have said Commissioner Jay Purcell believes his suggested changes could save the county $500,000. Also, the article should have said that the $5 million emergency fund will remain intact and not be used if the county needs additional money this year.
