Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Garner is the former Meg Beussink, daughter of Steve and Deb Beussink of Jackson. She is a counselor at Notre Dame Regional High School. Garner is the son of Bob and Linda Garner of Cape Girardeau. He is a teacher at Notre Dame.
