COBDEN, Ill. -- Wilma Bell, 72, of Cobden and formerly of Sesser, died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2000, at City Care Center in Cobden. Survivors include a son, Larry Otterson, and a sister, Ellen Dotson, both of Mount Vernon. Graveside service will be Thursday at Pleasant Grove Memorial Park.
