MOUNDS, Ill. -- William Russell "Bill" Baker, 91, of Oviedo, Florida, formerly of Mounds, died Monday, July 27, 2015, at his home. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Illinois. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Buckles officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens in Villa Ridge, with full military honors by the United States Coast Guard and area veterans...
