Robert E. Naeter, 64, of Franklin, Tenn., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, Aug. 30, 2003, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Christ Episcopal Church in Cape Girardeau.
