Roger Carbaugh, minister at the Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Scott City, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Aug. 12, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was 67. Visitation tentatively will after 4 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. Funeral service is planned for 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Scott City...
